1. Eligibility

To participate in the Global Success Coaching® Affiliate Program ("Affiliate Program"), individuals must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws.

2. Enrollment in the Program

By joining the Global Success Coaching® Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to these Terms & Conditions. Global Success Coaching® reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 10% commission on successful purchases made through their unique referral link. A 'successful purchase' is defined as a confirmed purchase of a Global Success Coaching® program where full payment has been successfully processed and received by Global Success Coaching®, and the standard refund period (if any) for that program has expired without a refund being issued.

Commissions apply specifically to the affiliate campaign(s) an affiliate has signed up for.

The Commission Structure is:

➡️ 10% commission on successful purchases within signed-up campaigns.

Only sales tracked through the official affiliate system will be eligible for commission. Commissions will not be earned on refunds, chargebacks or fraudulent transactions. The commission structure detailed above constitutes the full compensation for affiliate activities. Global Success Coaching® reserves the right to introduce additional bonuses or incentives at its sole discretion, which will be communicated separately.

4. Payment & Payout Schedule

Payments are made in Euros (€) via Bank Transfer at the end of each month for all commissions earned in the previous month.

To receive payouts, affiliates must set up their payout method by logging into their account and clicking "Set Up Your Payout Method," then following the steps provided. Minimum payout threshold: €40. Commissions below this amount will roll over to the next month.

5. Promotional Guidelines

Members of the Affiliate Program must:

✅ Represent programs truthfully and professionally

✅ Avoid any misleading or exaggerated claims

✅ Align with our core values and ethical standards

✅ Use approved promotional materials where provided. You are explicitly prohibited from creating, modifying, or using any promotional or sales materials not expressly approved and provided by Global Success Coaching® without prior written consent.

✅ Never make financial or personal guarantees to clients

✅ Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in your promotional activities, including obtaining necessary consents for communication and handling client data responsibly.

✅ Not engage in any spam marketing, unsolicited communications (unless pre-approved for specific campaigns), aggressive advertising tactics, or any activities that could damage the reputation of Global Success Coaching® or its programs.

✅ Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting Global Success Coaching® services, in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws (e.g., stating 'As an affiliate, I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases').

✅ Not misrepresent yourself as an employee, partner, or agent of Global Success Coaching®.

✅ Not bid on branded keywords (e.g., “Global Success Coaching®,” “Expat Leaders Rise™,” “Global Success Inner Circle™,” “Expat Leaders Leap™,” "Global Success Elite™") in paid advertising.

✅ Not use Global Success Coaching® trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property in your domain names, social media handles, or in any manner that implies official endorsement or ownership, except as explicitly provided in approved promotional materials.

6. Tracking & Attribution

Sales are tracked through unique referral links. The cookie duration is 365 days, meaning a user must complete a purchase within that timeframe for the affiliate to receive credit. Global Success Coaching® uses cookies to track affiliate referrals. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their affiliate link is properly formatted to enable accurate tracking. If a potential customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the commission is credited to the most recent referral link used. Affiliates must submit any tracking or attribution dispute in writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the end of the commission period in question, providing all relevant details.

7. Confidentiality

By participating in the Global Success Coaching® Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to keep confidential any proprietary information provided, including but not limited to commission rates, customer data, and marketing strategies. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect indefinitely, even after the termination of your participation in the Affiliate Program.

8. Termination & Violations

Global Success Coaching® reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account if:

❌ There is evidence of fraudulent activity.

❌ The affiliate violates promotional guidelines.

❌ The affiliate engages in behaviour that damages the reputation of Global Success Coaching®.

❌ The affiliate breaches confidentiality or any other term of this agreement.

Affiliates may leave the Program at any time by notifying Global Success Coaching® via email. Upon termination, commissions earned up to the effective date of termination will be paid out according to the standard payout schedule in Section 4, provided the minimum payout threshold is met, and no breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred that would forfeit such commissions. Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease all promotional activities related to Global Success Coaching® and, upon request, return or securely delete all confidential materials, promotional assets, and client data provided by or derived from Global Success Coaching®.

9. Amendments & Updates

Global Success Coaching® reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, any disputes arising will then be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salzburg, Austria.
